Scott L. Nelson, a litigation attorney specializing in civil appellate practice, brings experience practicing before the U.S. Supreme Court. Jeffrey C. Dobbins has taught Federal Courts and Appellate Procedure at Willamette University’s College of Law for seven years and has published several articles on those subjects. William Funk has written and lectured extensively on the structure of the Constitution. This panel will be moderated by Jay Austin.
