The Oregon Appellate Courts Records Section has issued the following notice:
After-hours Access to Oregon Appellate Court eFiling and ACMS Information Unavailable on Wednesday February 7, 2018
Oregon Appellate eFiling and public access to the Appellate Case Management System (ACMS) via an Oregon Judicial Case Information Network (OJCIN) subscription will be temporarily unavailable starting at 5:00 p.m.on February 7, 2018. The system will be available by 7:30 p.m. on February 7, 2018.
The eFiling deadlines will not be extended; please plan your business with the Court of Appeals and the Oregon Supreme Court accordingly.
