The Appellate eFiling system will be unavailable from Friday, October 4, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. to Monday, October 7, 2019 at 7:00 a.m.

The Chief Justice has signed CJO 19-068 which closes the eFiling system and, under ORS 174.120(3), extends the computation of time for determining whether a filer has complied with a statutory time limitation governing an act to the end of normal filing hours on Monday, October 7, 2019.
