Lawyers and judges are required to look at decisions that have evolved over time. Yet the pace of scientific discovery and technological innovation are accelerating. The intersection of tradition with rapid change presents lawyers and judges with challenges and a need to know how to approach those challenges in order to best serve their clients, the public, and the legal profession.
