The Oregon Appellate Courts Records Section has issued revised the following notice:

After-hours Electronic Filing and Electronic Access to Oregon Appellate Court Information Unavailable on December 8, 2017

Due to a system upgrade, Oregon Appellate eFiling, eService, public access to the Appellate Case Management System via an Oregon Judicial Case Information Network (OJCIN) subscription, as well as remote access to appellate case information and case documents, will be temporarily unavailable starting at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2017. The system will be available again by 6:00 a.m. on Monday, December 11, 2017.

Pursuant to ORAP 16.60(3), the Appellate Court Records Administrator has suspended the appellate mandatory eFiling rule, ORAP 16.60(1), for the time during which the system will be unavailable. Filing deadlines will not be extended; please plan your business with the Court of Appeals and the Oregon Supreme Court accordingly.

eFiling, eService, and OJCIN and public access to circuit courts and the Tax Court will not be affected.
