The Court of Appeals has issued its temporary amendments to the ORAP concerning issuance of nonprecedential opinions as well as a media release addressing those changes.  The amendments apply to ORAP 5.20, 5.40, 5.55, and 6.25, and create a new temporary rule 10.30.  The amendments and temporary rule will become effective on June 1 and will expire on December 31, 2024.
